Aloft Hotel

Aloft Hotel has only been open a few weeks but is already making waves. Possibly the most stylish new Dublin venue to arrive in recent years, Aloft is where technology meets design. Located in one of the most historic parts of Dublin, the Liberties, an area which is undergoing rapid redevelopment making it one of the fastest growing areas of the City. The modern and colourful façade of the Hotel stands out in the historic area, making the new building a signature feature of the area.

It's top floor houses the Re:Fuel restaurant and WXYZ bar, as well as the Re:Mix lounge. Signature views of the city can be enjoyed here, with the mountains on one side, and sweeping views of the city on the other. Guinness Storehouse and St Patrick’s Cathedral are among the many attractions that can be spotted from the seventh floor. Marker hotel

This Rooftop Bar and Terrace is available for private hire for receptions, private dining and meetings. From May to September this rooftop bar and terrace are available to hire from Monday to Thursday. With unparalleled views over the rooftops and with a chilled out atmosphere, the Marker Hotel offers a calm oasis high above the streets. Should the weather be a bit inclement on the night of your event the Marker Suite will also be available to you. So rain or shine they have the perfect rooftop venue for you.

Gravity Bar

The original and definitely one of the best. The Gravity Bar in the Guinness Storehouse has to be seen to be believed. With an unsurpassed, 360 degrees view of the capital the 200 person venue is about to double in size so by August 2019 it will be able to cater for 400 people serving great food, drinks and of course plenty of pints of the black stuff. There's a reason the Gravity bar has been such a success for so many years, come visit and find out why.

Jam park

We're very excited about this one. Set to open on the sight of the old Wright Venue in Airside Swords the Jam Park is looking to rewrite the rulebook. This will be a totally different event and entertainment concept featuring escape rooms, crazy golf, virtual reality arcades, karaoke and much, much more, With an amazing outdoor rooftop area capable of taking large scale BBQ events as well as running a top class restaurant, Jam Park can cater for everything. Different themes throughout the year will have the outdoor space having a tennis area during Wimbledon, a shoot-outshoot out zone for major soccer games etc. The main room can cater for 700-1200 people with anything from Bingo loco to Ping Pong Tournaments, from Singalong Cinema to huge sporting events. Definitely, one to watch and in our humble opinion for sure its going to be one of the Best Rooftop Venues Dublin will have in 2019 .

The Wild Duck

With amazing food and a sumptuous penthouse with a retractable roof The Wild duck a great option for summer nights. The venue can easily cater for private groups of up to 150 people in this room or up to 400 people with the ground floor included. The ground floor also has a stage which means live music can be arranged at any time but The Wild duck is always buzzing with live music every Friday. With an extensive BBQ menu starting from €16.50 per person and guaranteed to be one of the best rooftop venues Dublin city will enjoy this coming summer

Iveagh Garden Hotel

Located on Harcourt street- Max capacity 250/300 people.

Recently opened and now hosting amazing barbeque evenings on their private terrace. This venue is stunning and at €23 per person for a summer BBQ, the value is almost as remarkable as the venue itself.


Located on George's St the first floor in this venue has a capacity of 200 people and can booked exclusively including a lovely outdoor terrace that has to be included in the best rooftop venues Dublin offers and that can host a BBQ. For a minimum spend amount (depends on the circumstances) Entire venue capacity is 650 people so again they can take large summer events.

The Jar

Located on Wexford Street an ideal city centre venue. Picnic Punch, Seasonal Salads, Delicious Wood-Fired Pizzas and Gin & Tonic Ice-Pops for dessert! Our Picnic Parties require a minimum party of 20 to book and are served on one of our two sunny terraces. €16.25 per person and €17.25 per person options available. They have a wide variety of spaces to book at the Jar for parties of 10 or more. From smaller booths, to our top floor which can accommodate up to 75 guests privately – they have something to suit every occasion


Also found on Wexford Street, Opium has 2 areas that can be booked exclusively for summer parties. They have one of the best rooftop venues Dublin offers and you could use this and the IRO nightclub for numbers of 100 people up to 600 people. For smaller numbers between 50-200 people, they have the outdoor garden terrace. So there's something to suit every budget

Gibson Hotel

Offering both a terrace and an interior courtyard the Gibson has a rooftop venue that runs along the entire building overlooking Dublin’s dockland’s Capacity for a summer party can be from 50 people up to 500 people. Also, they have an internal garden that can take groups of up to 50 people. Located inside the Dean Hotel on Harcourt Street this is the one everyone Googles but believes that they could never afford.
