January is coming to an end and right about now is the time that all company sports and social committees get around to planning the quarterly events and looking for a new venue dublin list.Usually there are 4 large company events to plan along with numerous monthly activities to keep employees happy out and something to really look forward to and of course to keep morale high. 1-The Wild Duck venue recently opened replacing the old sin nightclub. This Dublin venue boasts a Vip penthouse room with a capacity of 150 people and the best part they have a retractable roof which could come in handy for your summer event. They also have a private room on the ground floor with a capacity of 200 people with staging and they play live music every weekend. Not to forget the best part they have a cosy pub at the entrance with a fantastic smoking area that is perfectly situated beside the Olympia theatre and so far, has being a real favourite venue of ours for corporate bookings. Overall capacity is 500 people and this venue can be booked exclusively through find a venue. Interesting things to note they open late until 4am on weekend nights and have Irelands smallest cinema on the entrance of the venue.
2-Cafe en seine must be on this list and honestly with corporate bookings this is the venue that is dominating the Dawson street party scene right now. We have booked this venue out totally exclusively before Christmas for a top corporate client’s company Christmas party. Our client had 1000 people and the feedback was top class, the food and service from staff and of course the selection of drinks along with atmosphere made it one of their best nights ever. This venue has 2 upper floors with their own bar and private smoking terrace that can be booked private for events between 50 and 150 people. An amazing cocktail bar on the ground floor again can host private events with a top restaurant in this space as well with a great menu selection. The main bar along with the garden is also an option for corporate private events and could take 600 people on this side of the venue alone. The garden at the back of the venue can be booked for up to 250 people for private events & possibly summer parties, depending on the night of the week they can offer exclusivity and of course a minimum spend comes into play on different key nights. 3-The landmark bar on wexford street Another great venue dublin will be happy opened just a few months ago and is a sister venue of the bath pub in Dublin4 and the Jar venue. Boasting 2 private rooms with capacities of 150 people and 80 people respectively and a ground floor, this venue has an amazing interior and has changed so much from previous attempts on the same site. Now it has that touch of class with a heavy influence on live music along with the fast that you can have your corporate or private event in a totally private setting in Dublin 2 means this space will be booked a lot and a great addition to our venue Dublin list.
4-JT Pim’s on Georges street has been around a while but now under new management have opened the doors to private corporate bookings with a fantastic looking ground floor venue along with a fantastic private room with a capacity of 60 people. Best feature of this venue for me is the selection of Rums and gins that they have.
5- 9 below on Stephens green has being around a year now but now is perfectly set to host private corporate events for anything up to 100 people. As a dublin venue that is in a great location and is a chic little speakeasy in the heart of Dublin city nestles in the basement of the Stephens green Hibernian club. You may have read when it first opened about the extreme prices on drinks, example being a pint of Guinness being €8. You will be happy to know that prices have since dropped and are now in line with any of the venues on Dawson or Harcourt street
