The Ballroom could accommodate up to 600 guests in a theatre-style setup and 380 for gala dining, making it perfect for grand events. The built-in stage was ideal for presentations or performances, and the room could be partitioned into two separate spaces, offering added flexibility. A nearby 50-seater auditorium provided an additional breakout space, perfect for smaller sessions or interactive presentations.
McEvoy Suite
Situated on the first floor, the McEvoy Suite features three prestigious boardrooms, each equipped with a fixed boardroom table that seated up to 12 delegates. The large mounted LCD screens provides a clear focus for presentations, while the natural daylight flooding each room creates a bright and productive atmosphere. These boardrooms are perfect for interviews, small meetings, and breakout sessions during larger events.
Lalor Suite
Also located on the first floor, the Lalor Suite offers two medium-sized meeting rooms, each with natural daylight and a mounted LCD screen, making them ideal for presentations and training sessions. The rooms can accommodate up to 30 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 18 in a boardroom layout, offering a perfect solution for mid-sized meetings or breakout sessions.
Auditorium
For a unique meeting experience, a purpose-built 50-seater auditorium offers an interactive alternative. Located adjacent to the Ballroom and Gallery, this space is equipped with a 16ft screen, providing an immersive setting for product launches, presentations, or information evenings.
