Corporate Summer Party for 250 Guests in Dublin City Centre
A themed corporate summer party planned around entertainment, atmosphere and flexibility.
When this client approached Find a Venue, they wanted more than just a venue for their corporate summer party. They wanted an evening that would bring colleagues together, offer plenty of entertainment, serve quality food throughout the night and deliver excellent value for money.
With over 400 guests invited and attendance numbers still unknown, the event also needed flexibility. Find a Venue managed the entire planning process, from venue sourcing and supplier coordination through to entertainment, event management and on-the-day support, resulting in a relaxed and enjoyable evening for approximately 250 guests in Dublin city centre.

The Brief
The client wanted a themed corporate summer party that offered something for everyone. Great food, quality entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere were all priorities, while still ensuring the event represented good value for money.
Rather than relying on one main attraction, the evening needed a range of entertainment that would allow guests to enjoy the event in different ways throughout the night. They also wanted an event that felt professionally organised from start to finish, allowing their own team to relax, socialise with colleagues and enjoy the evening without having to worry about managing suppliers or the running order.
The Solution
Following an initial consultation, we shortlisted suitable summer party venues and arranged site visits so the client could compare layouts, entertainment options and the overall guest experience before making their final decision.
Once the venue was confirmed, Find a Venue coordinated the event from planning through to delivery. This included the menu tasting, entertainment, production, beach-themed décor and a detailed running order agreed with the venue and suppliers.
The chosen venue's flexible layout proved ideal. The courtyard became the main entertainment area, while a separate upstairs room allowed karaoke to run independently. A retractable roof also provided reassurance that the event could continue comfortably if the weather changed.
On the day, everything was in place before guests arrived at 5pm. Drinks, canapés, interactive games and the tarot reader created a relaxed start before the DJ built the atmosphere and the band took over as the headline live act.
Find a Venue remained on site throughout the evening. When additional cloakroom demand developed, extra staff were introduced to keep things moving. An unexpected issue with one of the entertainers was also resolved through our supplier network, with a replacement performer arranged within the hour.
The Outcome
The event brought together food, live entertainment, interactive experiences and themed production in a setting that worked successfully for the size and style of the celebration.
The organisers were able to enjoy the summer party alongside their colleagues while Find a Venue managed the venue, suppliers and practical details behind the scenes.

We had a brilliant summer party and the feedback from everyone afterwards was fantastic.
